STF Kalix Vandrarhem

STF Kalix Vandrarhem is located in Kalix, a small town in northern Sweden where the Kalix River meets the sea. The hostel is part of Kalix Folk High School and offers private rooms, each with an en-suite shower and toilet, desk, and bed linen and towels included. Shared spaces include a common kitchen with full cooking facilities, a cosy lounge with a fireplace, and fast wifi. During school terms, breakfast and lunch are available to purchase on site, though breakfast must be booked in advance. An ICA Supermarket is around a ten-minute walk away. The surrounding area offers coastal scenery and nature across all seasons. The hostel is affiliated with STF (Svenska Turistföreningen), and members can collect stamps toward a free tenth night. Rooms start from 650 SEK per night.
