STF Vandrarhem Halmstad/Kaptenshamn

STF Vandrarhem Halmstad/Kaptenshamn is a small, centrally located hostel and hotel occupying a historic building from 1912, originally used as a dockworkers' lodging house. Situated close to the guest harbour in Halmstad, it is a five-minute walk to the city centre with its shops and restaurants. The hostel offers dormitory-style and private rooms, some with shared bathroom facilities in the corridor and others with en-suite bathroom and TV. A shared guest kitchen is available for hostel guests. A continental breakfast buffet is served in what was once a sailors' cheese cellar, and includes freshly baked bread, eggs, yoghurt, fruit, and freshly made waffles.
