Talludden

Talludden is a privately run hostel set on the shores of Lake Tisaren in Närke, roughly 20 kilometres north of Askersund in Askersunds kommun. The property consists of two buildings, Täppan and Sjöstugan, offering rooms with one to four beds as well as family rooms. Guests have access to a shared kitchen for self-catering. The hostel is open daily from April through October and can also be booked by groups and organisations during spring and autumn. The surrounding area is well suited to outdoor activities, and cycling around Lake Tisaren is a popular option with Talludden as a base. The site has a long history as a Christian summer retreat dating back to 1935. Bookings are made by email.
