Grundet

Grundet is located on Rögrund, a small island in the Stockholm archipelago within Värmdö municipality, accessible by Waxholmsbolaget ferry from several mainland departure points including Stavsnäs, Dalarö, and Saltsjöbaden. The accommodation consists of seven rooms in the main building, sleeping four or six guests in bunk beds, plus two separate two-bed cottages with double beds. Guests have exclusive use of their booked room or cottage. A breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and served at the on-site restaurant. Shared facilities include a kitchen, common room, shower, and sauna. The island setting offers swimming from rocks, relaxed outdoor activities, and chances to spot white-tailed eagles and seals. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily from late June through mid-August. Group and conference bookings are accepted outside the regular season.
