STF Skedbro Fjällstuga
STF Skedbro Fjällstuga is a remote mountain cabin with 20 beds located in Rogens naturreservat in southwestern Härjedalen, bordering Norway's Femundsmarka national park. The cabin is an Abrahamssonstuga style building with shared dormitory-style rooms in five-bed cabins, a self-catering kitchen equipped with gas stove and wood-burning range, and a caretaker living on site. There is no electricity or mobile coverage at the cabin itself. The surrounding landscape is known for its exceptional network of waterways, making it a popular destination for canoeing and fishing. The area is also home to Sweden's only permanent population of musk oxen. Marked hiking and winter trails pass within one kilometer of the cabin. Pets are permitted in a designated section. The cabin is open in winter and summer seasons and can be reached on foot or by ski, roughly 20 kilometers from Käringsjövallen.
