STF Vandrarhem Hjo

STF Villa Eira is a charming hostel set in a historic wooden house built in 1892, located within Hjo's leafy town park in the small lakeside city of Hjo on the eastern shore of Lake Vättern. The building is part of the old Hjo spa resort area and is furnished throughout with period-appropriate furniture, wallpapers, and colors. Rooms sleep two, four, or six guests, all with washbasins but shared toilets and showers. Most rooms have a private balcony with views over the park or lake. The hostel offers a well-equipped shared kitchen, a common lounge, and a shared terrace. Dogs are welcome in designated rooms. Nearby you will find cobblestone streets, a small boat harbor, swimming spots, and hiking trails, all within walking distance. Bicycles can be rented from the neighboring restaurant. The hostel holds Green Key certification. Note that the adjacent Biergarten restaurant hosts live music events during summer months, which can be audible into the evening.
