STF Hemavan Fjällstation

STF Hemavan Fjällstation is a mountain lodge with 124 beds located in the heart of Hemavan in Swedish Lapland, at the southern end of the Kungsleden trail. The ski-in/ski-out location puts the Centrumbacken slope and a children's ski area just 30 meters from the front door, with cross-country trails and snowmobile routes also close by. The main building offers four-bed rooms with bunk beds and shared bathrooms, while the newer annex has smaller rooms with private bathroom facilities. Common areas include a self-catering kitchen, sauna, lounge with fireplace, drying rooms, and free WiFi. Breakfast is available, and full or half board can be booked during peak season. The hostel also has a climbing wall, sports hall, and chapel on site. Guided mountain and cave tours are available. The property is wheelchair accessible with elevator access and adapted facilities.
