STF Kvikkjokk Fjällstation
STF Kvikkjokk Fjällstation sits at the end of the road in the heart of Swedish Lapland, around 120 kilometres from Jokkmokk. The station offers both dormitory and private room accommodation and is open during the summer season, roughly mid-June to late September. It serves as a classic starting point for hiking routes along Kungsleden and into the UNESCO-listed Laponia area, with direct access to the national parks of Padjelanta and Sarek. An on-site restaurant serves a three-course evening menu using largely locally sourced ingredients, along with à la carte options and a drinks menu. The surrounding landscape offers exceptional wilderness hiking and the chance to experience some of Scandinavia's most remote and unspoiled mountain scenery.
