STF Saltoluokta Fjällstation
STF Saltoluokta Fjällstation is a mountain lodge located on the edge of the Laponia UNESCO World Heritage Site in Swedish Lapland, close to Stora Sjöfallet and Sarek national parks. The historic timber main building dates from 1918 and houses a restaurant serving local game, Arctic char, and smoked whitefish, alongside vegetarian and vegan options. Guests can also use a well-equipped self-catering kitchen. The lodge offers 6 rooms with 26 to 50 beds, including family rooms. Facilities include a sauna, shop, equipment rental, ski rental, canoe hire, and guided activities. Breakfast is available. The station is open in winter and summer seasons and is a popular stop along Kungsleden. Access is by bus to Kebnats, then by boat in summer or snowmobile and ski trail in winter. The lodge holds Green Key sustainability certification.
