STF Teusajaure Fjällstuga

STF Teusajaure Fjällstuga is a mountain cabin situated directly on the shore of Lake Teusajaure in Gällivare municipality, northern Sweden. The property offers 30 beds across two guest cabins, with shared dormitory-style rooms heated by wood-burning stoves. It sits on the Kungsleden trail between Kebnekaise and Saltoluokta, roughly 16 km north of STF Vakkotavare and 9 km south of STF Kaitumjaure. In summer, guests reach the cabin by motorboat across the lake. A self-catering kitchen, wood-fired sauna, and small on-site shop are available. There is no mobile coverage at the property. Popular activities include winter ice fishing, ski touring, and summit hikes to peaks such as Urtticohkka and Kårsatjåkka (1,703 m). Guests are expected to chop wood, fetch water, and clean up after themselves. Open in late winter and summer seasons only.
